This year’s eQualizer is an award that aims to reward an individual or an initiative that has pushed the issue of gender equality forward in the tech industry in an exemplary manner over the past year. We also award the eQualizer scholarship annually – a scholarship with the aim of raising female role models in or on the way into the tech industry around the country.

This year's eQualizer is an award given by Consid at the annual Consid Gala event. The award aims to reward an individual or an initiative that has pushed the issue of gender equality forward in the tech industry in an exemplary manner.

eQualizer scholarship

We annually award the eQualizer scholarship - a scholarship to anyone who can nominate an individual who in one way or another is a role model for other women in tech. The purpose of the scholarship is to promote female role models within or on their way into the tech industry around the country.
