The role as a Account Manager

We are now looking for Denmark’s best IT salesperson who can be involved even now in our early stage of the establishment. Today it is a tight team that has a plan to take the market by storm where we want to add a real hunter to build the first local relationships and in the long run also a sales team if the interest is there.

We go with the ambition “hire by ambition, not by skills” and with a parent company in Sweden with close to 1,700 colleagues and a really strong sales department, there are good opportunities to get help from all corners of the Nordics. What you therefore need to bring into the role is a “can do mentality” where you immediately pull off the plaster with a high drive to find new business.

Like a scrum master, we are also looking for those people who live by the motto of servent leadership, where you understand the importance of how a high level of service and a humble attitude, but at the same time you ready to enter unexplored territories.

It will directly be a mixture of new processing of customers together with managing already existing relationships where, together with international KAM, sales management and the rest of the team in Denmark, you build up a strategy and way forward to get a proper foothold in the market.

You can definitely say that we are in a start-up phase, so even though the role will mainly be Account Manager, you will also work closely with the recruitment department to grow our consultant pool and culture in the new country. Everything between heaven and earth such as planning activities and screwing together the new desks is of course also on the list!

Some requirements are always added, and they are the following:

  • Previous relevant work experience
  • High knowledge of the Office package, especially Outlook, Word, Excell and Powerpoint
  • High level of service and genuine interest in developing others
  • Fluent Danish and English in speech and writing

Further meritorious

  • A high interest in entering the IT market
  • Previous experience from the consulting or staffing industry
  • Previous sales experience and qualifications brought with you
  • Post-secondary education
  • Knowledge and interest in building companies
