Consid is making a significant investment in its Data & Insight business area, and has hired experienced professional Carolina Mohlin as its new Business Line Manager to lead the initiative. The company has long worked with clients in areas such as digital transformation, Cloud services, app development, IoT, and AI. Now, with Carolina Mohlin at the helm, Consid aims to help its clients take their data-driven strategies to the next level.

Today, data is generated from almost everything we do as humans. This ranges from a company’s inventory movements, activities on social media, to questions asked on Google. Being data-driven has therefore become crucial for ensuring continued success. The IT and communications company Consid is now making a major investment in its Data & Insights business area, with the determined and experienced Carolina Mohlin leading the way as the new Business Line Manager. With extensive experience in analytics solutions and business intelligence, Carolina Mohlin aims to help more companies on their journey towards becoming modern data-driven organizations.
– In the future, the most successful companies will be those that are data-driven – that is, those that analyze, predict, and make data-driven decisions based on their own and the world’s data. Data is a tool for survival in today’s competition, says Carolina Mohlin.
With over 15 years in the IT and consulting industry, Carolina has held various key positions, including product owner, business area manager, and delivery manager at companies such as Advectas and Capgemini.
– I bring many lessons learned from my journey, including how we can succeed in recruiting sought-after skills by specializing and offering something extra beyond the best workplace. In the future, we want to expand Consid’s team with more experts in the field, such as data architects, team leads, DevOps engineers, as well as backend and frontend profiles, says Carolina Mohlin.
Consid has long worked with clients in areas such as digital transformation, Cloud services, app development, IoT, and AI. Together with Consid, Carolina Mohlin is now focusing on helping the company’s clients take their strategies to the next level.
– We want to help our clients become data-driven by leveraging and using data in every possible way, from traditional business intelligence and analytics to a broader perspective, explains Carolina Mohlin.
The investment in Data & Insight goes hand in hand with Consid’s other business areas. For example, within the Transformation business area, the company talks about the “use of data,” which involves realizing data strategies, helping clients become data-driven, and implementing the technical platform. The combination of the various business areas gathered under one roof and the ability to tailor deliveries to the client are two strengths that Carolina Mohlin highlights at Consid.
