Bytte til Norsk Consid has signed a new agreement with Skolinspektionen
The IT and communications company Consid has entered into a new agreement with Skolinspektionen, the Swedish National Agency for Education. The contract involves Agile consulting support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and represents an additional agreement in an already four-year-long collaboration. The agreement will run for four years with a total value of SEK 60,000,000.
– Consid has been working with Skolinspektionen since 2019, and it is fantastic news that our collaboration will continue in the future. Skolinspektionen has an important mission for society, and we at Consid are thrilled to be a part of it, said Peter Hellgren, CEO of Consid.
Skolinspektionen is a Swedish government agency responsible for the country’s schools, from preschool to adult education. The agency’s task is to monitor and ensure the quality of the education system through regular inspections and assessments. Consid will assist the agency with a dedicated Agile development team of three to six consultants whose mission is to continuously develop and manage Skolinspektionen’s case management system VIS. The team has extensive experience in developing applications based on Dynamics 365 on-premises with a connection to SharePoint.
– Skolinspektionen requested specific competencies and sets high standards for its suppliers. Consid has worked hard to build a highly experienced and competent team, and we see the fact that Skolinspektionen has entrusted us with this task as a strong validation of our success, said Emina Busatlija, Bid Manager at Consid.
Since 2019, Consid has been working with Skolinspektionen, delivering expertise in areas such as systems development, architecture, project management, and requirements analysis. This has included support for case management in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). The new agreement between the parties will run for four years with an estimated value of SEK 60,000,000.

We offer holistic solutions that encompass the entire value chain, from analysis, strategy, core idea and concept to the finished solution and optimization. Within Dynamics 365, we primarily work with CRM, sales and customer service, marketing, field service, and app development.
