Next Level Academy named one of Sweden's best trainee programs
PRESS RELEASE 02-10-2023
Second year in a row, Next Level Academy, has been named one of Sweden’s best trainee programs. Consid’s program beat heavy competitors such as Sogeti, Capgemini and Sofigate.
Consid’s trainee program, Next Level Academy, has once again been appointed one of Sweden’s best trainee programs. Of last year’s top 10, seven new trainee programs are on this year’s list, with Next Level Academy once again at an honorable second place, thus beating several heavy competitors such as Sogeti and Sofigate.
Elin Hoszek at Consid.
– It feels fantastic to receive the award as one of Sweden’s best trainee programs, yet another time. The fact that it is the students themselves who have voted for us is absolutely the finest receipt we can get that the work we do is appreciated, says Elin Hoszek, responsible for Next Level Academy.
It is the company Karriärföretagen that has put together an “ambassador network” of active students who have voted for the ten most attractive trainee programs among all of Sweden’s Career Companies. The respondents have been allowed to choose the three trainee programs that they feel are the most attractive of all potential programs.
Sandra Reinecke is one of this year’s trainees at Consid. She describes that the opportunity to combine work at a client’s location, training and guidance from a mentor was what got her hooked on Next Level Academy.

– I looked through the video interviews with previous trainees and immediately felt that ‘this is something I also want to be a part of’! As a trainee at Consid, I get a mentor throughout the program while at the same time I get to participate in various relevant trainings and work outside at the customer’s place, so it really will be a perfect start to my career, says Sandra Reinecke.
Consid’s trainee program is aimed at those who have completed or will soon complete their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in areas such as system development or computer science. The program lasts for 1.5 years full-time and the trainees are employed, with full market wages, on the same terms as other employees. The program is divided into three main blocks, where all courses include both theoretical and practical elements that are tailored by Consid’s experienced experts and trainers. During the entire journey, the trainees are out on exciting customer projects and are responsible for important tasks and elements in Consid’s deliveries.
-What sets Next Level Academy apart is that trainees get to go out and work on exciting customer assignments in combination with the fact that they have good support from senior consultants in the form of mentors. The trainees also have the opportunity to choose from many tailor-made courses and trainings, which both sharpens their CV but also contributes to a nice cohesion, community and a large network across local borders, says Elin Hoszek.
Consid is one of the Nordic countries’ fastest growing companies that offers consulting services in IT, management and digital marketing. Consid was recently named Sweden’s Best Employer for the second year in a row and Career Company for the eighth year in a row.
– It is rewarding to be able to participate and guide the next generation of developers into working life. Our trainees show great competence and it feels great that they choose to come and work with us at Consid, says Peter Hellgren, CEO at Consid.
