Paradigm – one of Sweden’s strongest brand agencies

PRESS RELEASE 2023-09-02

Consid’s brand agency Paradigm is among the praised when the Agency of the Year 2023 is being crowned. Coming in on third place, the agency consolidates its position as one of Sweden’s absolute strongest brand agencies in terms of customer satisfaction, knowledge, and quality of delivery.

– We are immensely proud and thankful for the trust and appreciation our clients show us year after year. Being among the top regarding customer satisfaction is an excellent reminder that we’re doing things the right way. Through our participation, we also get some new input on how to continue to do our work even better, says Jonas Ydkvist, CEO of Paradigm.

On February 8th, Regis’ Agency of the Year competition took place at Cirkus in Stockholm, an evening dedicated to noticing and praising Sweden’s best agencies. For the seventh year in a row, Consid’s brand agency Paradigm was among the nominees and was awarded third place in the “Brand and Design” category.

Agency of the Year is Regis’ annual industry and customer study that determines how satisfied the largest communication buyers are with their communication agencies. The study is carried out by Regi in collaboration with the Swedish Marketing Association, SWEDMA, Swedish PR, SES, and Dagens Opinion. Around 2,000 communication buyers have evaluated a total of 250 agencies. The awards are then given to the agencies with the highest customer satisfaction based on 15 criteria.

– Brand development is one of our business areas growing the absolute strongest. Our customers being satisfied with our delivery is incredibly important and the best receipt we can get. Communication and branding have become increasingly important in the strategic transformation process that many of our customers are going through, says Peter Hellgren, CEO of Consid.
