Barn som sitter i säng och läser en bok

The challenge

Within Bokhandelsgruppen, the well-known brands Akademibokhandeln, Bokus and Bokus Play are part. Three companies with different activities, but with a common need to attract the most competent and committed employees. The challenge was to create a film concept for recruitment and employer branding that would work for all three brands.

The solution

Within Bokhandelsgruppen they have everything from store staff to web designers. What is their common driving force? What’s the most fun thing about the job? In our creative solution for employer branding films, we went outside the workplace and showed everyone that you can create value within Bokhandelsgruppen.

It’s when you have created inspiration for your customers that you have succeeded. That’s when you have done your job.

The assignment won the Publishing Prize 2020 in the category “Brand Films”.
