From the first contact with NIBE Energy Systems, the focus has been on a scalable solution that can be adapted to different markets and countries, as well as to the company’s subsidiaries. Read more about how the cost-effective and strategic Small, medium, large concept took shape at NIBE Energy Systems.
NIBE Energy Systems had a clear challenge in building a new web platform – to create a scalable solution which could be used by all the company’s and subsidiaries’ markets in order to be able to communicate uniformly and create a clearer structure in how NIBE communicates on its site. They also wanted to focus more on the customer experience on the website.
As a result, the project together with us largely consisted of creating a scalable platform structure that could be applied to the sites of all countries and subsidiaries, while adaptability to individual countries and markets was of great importance. The project included an upgrade of both external web and interface as well as PIM systems and architecture.
The solution is called the Small, medium, large concept – a large digital platform structure that, like a branch box, should be able to be jacked into all subsidiaries, and towards all markets and countries. Templates adapted for different sizes can be reused with architecture, interfaces and PIM systems depending on the scope.
The concept includes a SiteVision-based website and a PIM system in inRiver which is linked to the site and focus is on UX with the goal of making it easier for customers to be guided correctly based on the customer’s own unique situation, accommodation and needs.
NIBE are now pleased to have a scalable and well-organized website that is managed globally from the head office in Markaryd. This control has led to a consistent common thread, the right graphic profile and a possibility of adapting to the needs and demand of that particular market.
The Small, medium, large concept has been launched in several markets, including Sweden, Germany and the United Kingdom.
